Library Lounge at Four Seasons Doha is an indoor, conversation-focused space with deep-blue interiors, a marble bar, antique mirrors and armchairs. It has a dedicated cigar offering, cocktails and bar food including sliders, calamari and desserts. The official page specifies smart casual dress and a minimum age of 21, which differs from many other Doha venues. Published hours are daily, noon–2am. Reservations: +974 4494 8888. A cigar membership programme is available, but the page also offers ordinary table reservations.
